The side effects of sleep apnea can become dangerous and even life
threatening. It is important to get sleep apnea treated before one of
these side effects may cause harm to your health. Over 18 million
Americans have sleep apnea and its becoming a growing problem. Obesity
is one of the major causes of sleep apnea. Over 50% of people with some
sort of sleep apnea are obese.
There are several side effects associated with sleep apnea, but I am only going to name some of the more dangerous and common ones. If left untreated sleep apnea can become a major health risk and even life threatening. Here are some of the major side effects:
